Fort Wayne’s Own Black Gospel Radio Station

This is very exciting news for our community, and the first time Fort Wayne will have a gospel radio station! Tune in to 94.1 FM Rhythm & Praise.

UNITY attended the launch on Thursday, September 9th at 10:30AM.  Leaders around the community joined us in the celebration. Lady Moore and Mo Moss took the stage to describe the mission and where this idea derived from. Two gospel music groups, The Blevins Sisters plus Darius Darling, Niyoki Chapman, and Mikki Curry, UNITY’s own, sang songs of Zion. Pastor Rick Hawks from The Chapel, Elder Dee McKinley, Judge Wendy Davis, Terra Brantley, Executive Director of Fort Wayne Urban League, and Shirley Woods, Executive Director of Euell Wilson Center also participated in the launch. They flipped the switch in front of the audience, launching 94.1 FM Rhythm & Praise. Let’s support the great work being done within our community!
