Richard Reprogle serves as the Transportation and Service Coordinator for Unity Performing Arts Foundation, making sure students get from point A to point B safely — and hopefully laughing along the way. With more than 40 years of experience in music, production, and ministry, Richard has performed professionally for over a decade, run production for Fort Wayne’s top music venue, and created countless opportunities for young artists, including an original music showcase, a radio series, and thirteen years of Battle of the Bands.
He has helped launch two churches, led worship across multiple denominations, and has a lifelong habit of ending up in leadership roles — starting all the way back in Cub Scouts and Boy Scouts. Richard is known for his upbeat personality, quick wit, and ability to turn even the most chaotic situations into something positive. At UNITY, he brings that same energy, kindness, and sense of humor to every student and family he serves.
