Unity addresses these issues early through empowerment programming rooted in discipline, cultural awareness, identity development, and life-shaping principles.

Over the past twenty-five years, UNITY has impacted more than 1100 students, with more than 500 alumni and more than 300 now serving as professionals across the country, some right here in Fort Wayne. Our alumni are working in every major sector of society, including education, business, entertainment, technology, healthcare, ministry, and public service, among others. There is evidence that when children receive substance-based training, cultural exposure, leadership development, and consistent mentorship, they grow into adults who lead, contribute, and have a positive impact on their communities.
