A busy academic and culinary art vocational program schedule kept Lily Schenkel from singing in her high school choir. She researched area choirs and ultimately asked to join the Voices of Unity (VOU). Since she joined in October 2015, Lily has had the privilege of performing locally and throughout Europe for the Voices of Unity 2016 Journey to the Vatican European Tour. Lily plays on a community softball team and is a varsity bowler for North Side High School. Lily is active in her home church, is a member of the altar guild, and serves as a teacher’s assistant for children’s church. Recently, a student position became available within the Unity Performing Arts Foundation (UPAF). Lily now adds being a member of the Unity family to her list of accomplishments.
